We said from the start that we were going make 2020 our best year ever, so this is how we're kicking it off with a bang! Welcome to GeekPantsMedia.com! When I returned back home in 2017, I knew that I wanted to start this venture with Chris and Kris. Thankfully, they were game for it, too! I was also lucky enough to gather the assistance of graphic design master Jake Doyle of Snollygoster Productions to assist with our logos and intros. I have a big vision, though, and I'd love to see Geek Pants Media grow and become the coolest online spot for Northern geeks -- for all geeks -- to hang out and chat. I think this is a great step in the right direction.
For those of you that have subscribed and followed us on YouTube, SoundCloud, and Apple Podcasts (formerly iTunes) since Geek Pants' start, thank you so much. For those of you just discovering us now, it's great to have you here!
In 2020, the Geek Pants Camcast and BOARD OFF! will continue. For those unaware, the Camcast is a long-form podcast that's filmed and aired on YouTube as well as podcast services on a bi-weekly basis. Each episode finds Chris and I discussing a main geeky topic and then going off-topic by discussing all the geeky news going down since the Camcast prior. On BOARD OFF!, Kris and I take turns bringing in a new board game, surprising each other with the selection. We then play the game as best as possible and review it. These shows give us an excuse to take a break from our busy adult lives and see each other while also giving us the pleasure of sharing it with all of you.
